Here at Fashion Mi Forward, health AND fashion is our priority. Due to COVID-19, We are taking extra precautions to ensure that our merchandise is being handled in the safest way possible. At this time we are not accepting returns to ensure safety of our employees.

Eligible items may be accepted for Store Credit or in some cases Exchanged (once approved). 

If you believe that you have received a damaged or incorrect item - immediately email our Customer Service team at with your order number, attachment of 2-3 clear photos and a brief description of the fault. 

Once approved, we will follow up with instructions.

Please note that Fashion Mi Forward does not accept returns for garments which have been damaged during wash, wear and/or tear.

Our policy lasts 15 days. We will not accept any returns outside of the 15 day timeframe.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

  • Swimwear
  • Sunglasses
  • All Accessories
  • Sale Items
  • Gift Cards

FMF Return Methods:

To return your product, you should mail your product to:

3921 Dyre Ave, Bronx NY 10466.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Tracking numbers for your return must be sent to our e-mail: within 24 hours of being shipped. Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we advise using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

In-person return drop offs will not be accepted. Returns are to be returned via mail.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your Store Credit will be processed within 3-5 business days.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and send your item to: 3921 Dyre Ave, Bronx NY 10466.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be issued.
